Terms & Conditions for Instocks
All items on our home page are instocks, brand new & untried-on.
We do not swap / barter trade.
Enquiries
All enquiries are welcomed to be directed through the enquiry form or plugoo if we're online.
Mobile text msgs only for self pickup deals on the day of meetup. Mobile number will only be given to customers when necessary from January 2009. Enquiries/orders made through sms will be ignored. Sorry for inconvenience.
Ordering
Order confirmation only through our automated shopping cart.
Orders that are not filled in properly (eg. invalid email address, requesting cash on delivery for postage deals) will be ignored.
Please be sure you are purchasing the item(s) & informed about the size of clothing before ordering.
Overseas order welcome for instock items. Buyer pays for shipping.
Mailing charges within Singapore
~ normal mail is free of charge
~ You may wish to add 20cents for proof of postage by Singpost. This doesn't guarantee no lost mail - just proof that we did post your item out.
~ Registered mail is strongly encouraged and fee of $2.24 is to be borne by buyers.
If there is usually no one home to receive package & customers are too busy to self collect at post office, please refrain from using registered mail.
Items will sent out on the same day if payment is received before 7am on a business day.
* Business days are Mondays to Fridays, Saturday mailing will be subject to our availability.
Names of customers will be listed on our home page stating the exact date / date package is scheduled to be mailed out. If you do not wish for your name to be published, please let us know beforehand.
We're not liable for loss of mail should customers choose to use normal mail.
Both recipient & sender's address will be clearly written on package to prevent undelivered mail.
If, for any reason that is not an error on our part (wrong address given to us, unclaimed registered mail etc), mail is returned to us will not be despatched again until customer pays for shipping again - charges will be advised through email and/or sms.
Reservations
Reservations for up to 2 days.
All payment has to be in within 2 days of receiving invoice.
ONE reminder will be sent on the 2nd day.
Beyond that, the item in question will be given up to the next interested customer with or without prior notice.
If u have forsee any problem making payment in 2 days, kindly let us know in advance.
Self Collection / Meeting up
Saturdays: Simei MRT at 2pm(order to be received by Thursday)
Orders should be placed only if customer is able to meet on the coming Saturday. Cash On delivery available.
Wednesdays Kovan Office 3 - 6pm
(order & payment (strictly bank transfer only) to be received 1 day before)

Directions for ATM transfer (DBS):
1. Insert ATM card
2. Select language (applicable to DBS/POSB ATM cards with language selection option)
3. Select "Cashcard & More Services"
4. Select “Fund Transfer / Fixed Deposit”
5. Select the bank account that you are transfering from: DBS or POSB Saving A/c (Depending on your account type)
6. Select the bank account that you are transfering to: “POSB Saving A/c”
7. Select transfer fund to “Another Account”
8. Enter Account no. “074-26341-0”
9. Check and Select “If Correct”
10. Enter transfer Amount. Check and Select “If Correct”
12. Check and Select Confirm the requested transfer
13. Remove ATM card and receipt (Pls keep the transaction receipt)
If you do not have an atm card or bank account but wish to purchase, you could
queue up at any POSB branch & deposit cash into our account through the bank tellers.
All you need is your identification (NRIC or student pass) & our account name and number. This is a much safer way of payment with physical receipt of transaction.
Another way will be to go to any UOB cash deposit machine to deposit payment to us. ATM card / account with UOB is not required.
Other important disclaimers
All items sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All measurements are clearly stated on each item's detail page & 1-2cm of difference should be acceptable due to differences in the way each individual measures.
All testimonials received from customers will be reviewed & changes made only for correcting item code/name and for replying to criticism or to keep customers informed of what we have done to make things better .
No dead buyers, backing out or troublemakers please. Non-compliance will result in you being blacklisted. We reserve the right to blacklist without prior notice & these people on this list will no longer be allowed to deal with us, whether it is instocks or pre-order. We will also filter emails from them.
Please do not buy from Piggy Paradise if you cannot agree to above terms to avoid any unpleasant shopping experience - you're welcome to shop around other websites before making any decisions.
