How do we contact Piggy?

Add us on MSN shopwithpiggy@gmail.com . We might not be online 24/7 but you can always leave an offline msg, we'll reply the minute we're online. Don't worry, we won't send u any messages unless u have queries for us.

Mobile text msgs only for self pickup deals on the day of meetup. Mobile number will only be given to customers when necessary from January 2009. Enquiries/orders made through sms will be ignored. Sorry for inconvenience.


Are the products as what's seen in the pics?


Yes. We will usually put up pics given by the suppliers as they are of professional quality. We try to also post pics of actual product, please pardon the quality of those pics. They have not been photoshopped or it'll look too fake. We're, after all, making honest deals here.

What are the mailing charges?

for instocks
$1 purchase of 1 or 2 items.
$1.50 for purchase of 3 items & above.
(values are calcuated by the shopping cart automatically)

for sprees
items will be weighed & fees charged according to singpost's rates

for pre-orders
postage is included in price stated or stated in the pre-order post


Please add S$2.24 for registered mail. (strongly encouraged)

For overseas orders, postage will be borne by buyers.It'll depend on the weight of items purchased & shipping method chosen.


How do I know if the clothes fit?


Measurements stated for apparel are taken when items are laid flat. To find out if the clothes fit you, lay one of your own apparel flat & take measurements according to this size chart. Compare these values to those we provided for each item. Do note that differences of about 1~1.5cm are common.

The same goes for spree items, do refer to suppliers' websites for details.

Can i make a reservation?

Sure. Items can be reserved for not more than 3 days. After this, we regret that we'll have to give it up to the next interested buyer. Also, no backing out after making reservations. We do not wish to have to blacklist anyone.


What do the status of the items mean?

If a product is available, it's still in stock & you can place your order.

If a product is pending, it means that we're awaiting payment.


Do you swap / trade?

So sorry, we do not swap or barter trade.



How do I pay?

Do you meet up?

Meetup only available at Simei MRT from 1pm to 6pm on Saturdays. Due to hectic schedule, we're unable to meet anywhere else or at any other times.


Is there an exchange policy?

Due to our limited stock , exchange/refund of sold items isn't available.

However, we'll check each item personally for any defects before posting them up for sale, so QC shouldn't be a problem.

For pre-orders, full refund will be made should the item be OOS at the supplier's side.


How do I care for my apparel so they last longer?

Basically, hand-washing is the best answer. Should you have to machine wash your clothes, use a laundry bag & do not include the tumble-drying step. Tumble-drying is the killer of all apparel. For more info, read our care instructions page.
